Kristina Raesemann
Property ManagerKristina has been in property management since 2015 and knows the business cold. She is a tremendous asset to our owners and tenants and handles leasing and many other parts of the business. She is well-liked with our clients and tenants.
April Taacon
Maintenance SpecialistApril holds many hats, but her biggest is that she is in charge of handling the maintenance requests and coordinating and communicating them to our vendors and tenants. It is a big role with many problems to solve and situations to handle. April is excellent and a big part of the staff.
Evelyn Galviz
Director of First ImpressionsEvelyn has a wonderful ability to communicate and make people feel happy and comfortable and that is why we have made her Director of First Impressions. In addition she works as an assistant business development manager.
Elizabeth Kraft
Financial ManagerElizabeth handles the accounting and if needed, the forensic accounting of the firm and double checks that everything is where it should be. In property management, there are so many different payments to make and it can get hard to figure out where that ten cents went, but Beth is the best at it. Beth is brilliant, tenacious and by the book. She is a great person to have as part of the team.
Aaron Kraft
OwnerAaron is the owner of House in Order and helps facilitate the systems, policies and tools that Tammy and the staff need to service our clients in the best way possible. Aaron has been in real estate and property management since 2004 in various roles as a sales agent, broker, company owner, investor and manager. Aaron is an active rental owner and landlord and knows what landlords want and need to make their investments grow and their life easier.
